Latest Publications

The polymer laboratory at Veeco Instruments is managed by Dr. S.N. Magonov and N.A. Yerina and assisted by a large number of colleagues in the application and technology group. Our mission is Exploring of Capabilities of Atomic Force Microscopy In Characterization Polymers � and we pursue it through everyday research on polymer samples prepared by ourselves or provided by our customers and collaborators. A part of our results is described in latest publications (2002-2003).
